The Village of Warwick offers several outdoor spaces that may be reserved for community and private events, including:

  • Veterans Memorial Park (including the pavilion)

  • Railroad Green Park on Railroad Avenue

  • Stanley-Deming Park (green space only)

Please note the following for Stanley-Deming Park:

  • Only the green space surrounding Stanley-Deming Park may be reserved for community events.

  • The playground area at Stanley-Deming Park cannot be reserved.

  • Private birthday parties and similar gatherings are first-come, first-served and cannot be pre-reserved


To reserve Village property, a Facility Use Request Form must be submitted to the Village Clerk’s Office at least 10 days prior to your event for gatherings under 200 people and at least 90 days for gatherings over 200 people. Before submitting your application, please contact the Clerk’s Office to check availability.

The completed request must include:

  • A fully filled-out application

  • A certificate of insurance that meets Village requirements (as outlined in the packet)

  • A security deposit

  • A brief cover letter describing your event

Once received, your request will be placed on the next available Village Board meeting agenda for review and potential approval.

The Village of Warwick offers coin-metered street parking as well as free public parking lots conveniently located throughout the Village.

đźš« Overnight street parking is prohibited from November 1 through April 1 between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., in accordance with Village Code.

📍Permit Parking spots are available for purchase in the Chase lot, with a limited number of spots also available in the First Street lot. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking Permits Information

Residents of the Village of Warwick may apply for a temporary or permanent handicap parking permit through the Village Clerk’s Office at 77 Main Street.

To apply, please bring:

📌 Important Notes:

  • Only primary New York State residents are eligible for permits through the Village. We cannot issue or renew permits for out-of-state residents, including seasonal visitors.

  • If your doctor is located outside of New York State (e.g., in New Jersey), please ensure they complete and sign the official New York State MV-664.1 form. Forms from other states cannot be accepted.

Permanent Tag Renewals (Blue Permits)

If you were originally issued a permanent handicap permit by the Village of Warwick, you may renew it without a new form from your doctor.

Please bring:

  • Your New York State Driver’s License or Non-Driver ID

  • Your previous handicap permit tag (if you still have it)

Note: If your original tag was issued at a different municipality, a new MV-664.1 form signed by your doctor will be required.

The Village of Warwick Court is located on the second floor of Village Hall:
