Please review your paperwork carefully to confirm which court is handling your matter.

Court Schedule
Village of Warwick Court is held as follows:

- Traffic Court: First Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.

- Criminal Court: Third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
All court dates are subject to change.
If your court date is rescheduled, you will be notified by the Court.

Traffic Tickets
Understanding Your Traffic Ticket Date
To respond to a traffic ticket, please review the box marked as, THIS MATTER IS SCHEDULED TO BE HANDLED ON THE APPEARANCE DATE BELOW shown on your ticket carefully.
If the box is checked “Must appear in person on:”
This is your court date. You are required to appear before a judge on the date and time listed.
If the box is checked “Return by mail before or in person on:”
This is NOT a court date. This is the deadline by which you must respond to your ticket by pleading guilty or not guilty and signing the ticket.
You do not need to appear in court unless you receive further notice from the Court.
