LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 2026
APPLYING ZONING DESIGNATION TO VILLAGE VIEW ESTATES ANNEXED PARCEL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that after a public hearing and adoption of a SEQR Negative Declaration for this Unlisted action, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Warwick duly enacted, on March 16, 2026, Local Law No. 2 of 2026, titled “Applying Zoning Designation to Village View Estates Annexed Parcel,” which local law applies the Village’s Residential (R) zoning district designation to the unzoned annexed parcel from the Town of Warwick into the Village of Warwick.
