Recently a former resident and film maker, Michael McVey, sent Mayor Newhard the film he created for the Village’s Sesquicentennial which was represented at this year’s Warwick’s Arts Festival, Film Festival. It’s a remarkable and beautiful film that captures the natural beauty of our Valley.
