The Orange County Health Department, in coordination with local partners will be bringing a Medical Mobile Unit to serve Veterans and the entire Warwick community.
The mobile unit will be open to all residents of Warwick and the greater Orange County area. While additional details will be shared as they become available, preliminary plans include basic health screenings such as blood pressure checks, PSA testing, and breast exams.
This event is being coordinated through the Orange County Health Department in partnership with local leaders, with support from County Legislator Barry Cheney. Special thanks are extended to Lisa Lahiff, Deputy Commissioner of the Orange County Health Department, Laurisa Sampson, Public Health Corps Fellow, and Luis Abramson for their work in helping bring these important health services to Veterans and the broader Warwick community. This effort reflects a continued commitment to expanding access to convenient community health services, and residents are encouraged to mark their calendars and take advantage of this opportunity.
The Mobile DMV Unit will be in the Village of Warwick, located in the alleyway between Village Hall (77 Main Street) and the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce (75 Main Street).
The unit will operate from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and again from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
