Due to the snow storm and snow removal there will be no parking on Main Street Until Further NoticeFive tupelo trees will be ceremoniously planted in Veterans Memorial Park on Thursday morning, October 27th at 10:00 a.m. thanks to a grant from the NYS Forestry Council in conjunction with the Warwick Valley Gardeners. All community members are invited to join Mayor Michael Newhard, various non-profit organizations, and students of WVCSD in a short but significant celebration.
The Village of Warwick Recreation Department and the Warwick Lions Club will be hosting a spooktacular Halloween Costume Parade on Monday, October 31st. Line-up will take place at 4:30 p.m. on High Street. The Parade will start at 5:00 p.m. and proceed down Main Street to Railroad Ave. A Costume Contest with prizes will take place on Railroad Ave.
This years’ Costume Contest will include the following categories: Most Original, Scariest, Best Group/Family and Cutest. The contest will be divided into the following age groups: 0-5, 6-9, 10-14, adult and family ensemble.
Refreshments are sponsored by ShopRite of Warwick.

*Due to the weather, the Warwick Veterans Day parade ceremony will take place indoors at the Excelsior Fire House, located at 35 Church Street.

Time: The ceremony begins promptly at 11:11 AM. This significant time marks the armistice that ended World War I in 1918, reminding us of the courage and dedication of our veterans.
All are encouraged to come out and show support for our veterans and active service members.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Warwick will hold a Work Session in conjunction with the New York State Department of Transportation to discuss pedestrian safety, vehicle speed & traffic calming strategies on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Warwick, NY.
